... for calculation of load distribution for involute spur and helical gears was developed since the middle of the 90's. It's now an international standard for detailed analyzing of gearings. Actual is has an optimized user interface with new functions for data exchange and documentation. With MDESIGN lVR You'll able to design load- and noise- optimized toothings for spur and helical gear stages.


MDESIGN LVRplanet

... for calculation of load distribution for planetary gears is a completely new development of DriveConcepts. The experiences worldwide with the MDESIGN LVR for spur- and helical gears allow the development of this software. The software calculates planetary gears with spur- and helical gearings. It's possible to consider up to 9 planet wheels, which can be mounted on sliding or roller bearings. The calculation of deformations of gear body is realized by a fullintegrated FE-solver.
